Final sale policy
All purchases are final once payment is completed or a digital key is reserved, delivered, or otherwise made available. XenCheats does not provide refunds, replacements, chargeback support, or exchanges unless we explicitly agree in writing before the purchase.
Account balance (store credit)
Funds added to your account balance are prepaid store credit, usable only to purchase products on XenCheats. Balance is non-refundable and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted back to cash. When you buy a product with balance, the amount is deducted immediately and a license key is delivered; if a key cannot be delivered, that specific amount is returned to your balance. Keep your account secure — you are responsible for purchases made from your balance.
Digital delivery
Product keys, access, and instructions are digital goods. Delivery may be handled through the website account page or support desk.
Support
Support can help with routing, questions, and setup guidance, but support availability does not change the final-sale policy.
